The Menopause Course Includes:

-small groups to give a feeling of community, sharing, and support; this is about learning and improving your quality of life and health. Plenty of time for discussion and questions!

-3 hours of weekly online sessions

-a Toolkit to help you have productive conversations with your Healthcare Provider

Course topics by week:

Week 1: What causes Menopause? How does it affect the body? Menopause myths and facts.

Week 2: Managing perimenopause and menopause symptoms.

Week 3: Emotional and Identity changes during peri/menopause and midlife. Discuss Menopause Toolkit.
