Hello, I’m Katie! I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Pracitioner in Massachusetts, and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with 20 years of experience in healthcare. I love to teach, and want to share what I have learned to support more people through their menopause journey.

The Fire Pit is a place for learning, comaraderie, and singing each other’s praises for all of the strength, health, and beauty that we find within ourselves. Great conversations always happen around my backyard fire pit, and I can’t wait to “see you” there!
